Tunlar Agency was founded in 2019, providing valuable services to the full-time and seasonal residents at Lake Wallenpaupack, the Northeast Region of the Pocono Mountains, and across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We have been building and growing with over 30 years of experience, and two full-time Notary Public Agents: Ann Cosgrove, Owner/Insurance Producer, and Nancy Staton, Title Service Director.



Tunlar Agency is an Authorized Agent with PennDOT, the PA Fish & Boat Commission, and PA DCNR, making us a trusted resource for motor vehicle, boat, and off-road title and registration services.

  • Can I get a new driver’s license or photo on-site?

    Driver's license services are provided by PENNDOT Photo License Centers. You will need to visit one of their center locations for photo, renewal, and driver's license services.

  • Do you offer instant insurance and registration?

    Many insurance policies, registrations, and tags can be issued instantly in our office. Some complex transactions may require manual state processing and extra time.

  • Are you open on Saturdays?

    Yes, we are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

  • What areas do you serve?

    We proudly serve Hawley, Honesdale, Tafton, Greentown, Lake Wallenpaupack, and surrounding areas throughout the Pocono Mountains Northeast region, and across the Commonwealth.

  • What do I need for an apportioned heavy truck registration?

    Apportioned work is done by scheduled appointment only. Please call 570.226.0550 to schedule, and confirm the required documents that you'll need to bring to your appointment.

  • Is your notary service available off-site?

    Yes, mobile notary is available by appointment. Contact our office to schedule a visit.
